讓客戶從 LINE 預約
串接 LINE 官方帳號後，客戶可以直接在 LINE 拿到你的預約連結來預約，預約會進到你的排程。本文示範在對話裡傳送專屬預約連結。
只要串接好 LINE 官方帳號、設定好公開預約頁，客戶就能從 LINE 直接預約，送出後會進到你的「安排」裡。客戶從 LINE 預約主要有兩種途徑：
公開頁的預約入口：你的公開預約頁可放上 LINE，客戶在你的 LINE 官方帳號就能找到並點進來選時段。 在對話裡傳預約連結：客戶在 LINE 私訊你時，你可以直接傳一條專屬預約連結給他。
開始之前，請先完成 串接 LINE 官方帳號 與 設定公開預約頁。以下畫面以示範來客「陳小姐（範例）」操作。
在對話裡傳送預約連結
1. 到「訊息」分頁，打開與客戶的對話。客戶在 LINE 問怎麼預約時，你可以直接給他連結。

2. 點輸入列左邊的「＋」（訊息選項），選「傳送預約連結」。

3. 系統會把一條專屬預約連結帶入輸入框，你可以再補一句話，然後送出。客戶點連結就能在公開頁選時段、送出預約。

客戶預約之後
客戶從連結送出的預約，會出現在「安排 → 預約」。 若這位客戶還是未綁定的 LINE 來客，可參考 合併從 LINE 建立的個案 把資料整理在一起。 想直接把對話內容變成預約，見 從訊息建立預約。
Let clients book via LINE
Once your LINE Official Account is connected, clients can get your booking link right in LINE, and the booking lands in your schedule. This page shows how to send a personal booking link in a conversation.
With your LINE Official Account connected and your public booking page set up, clients can book straight from LINE, and what they submit lands in your "Schedule". There are two main routes:
The booking entry on your public page — your public booking page can carry your LINE, so clients find it from your LINE Official Account and tap through to pick a time. Sending a booking link in a conversation — when a client messages you in LINE, you can send them a personal booking link directly.
Before you start, finish Connect your LINE Official Account and Set up your public booking page. The screens below use the demo lead "陳小姐（範例）".
Send a booking link in a conversation
1. Go to the "Messages" tab and open the conversation with the client. When they ask how to book in LINE, you can hand them the link.

2. Tap the "+" (message options) on the left of the input bar and choose "Send booking link".

3. A personal booking link is dropped into the input box; add a line if you like, then send. The client taps the link to pick a time on your public page and submit.

After the client books
