合併從 LINE 建立的個案
當同一位個案同時有 LINE 建立與手動建立的紀錄時,可以透過合併整理基本資料、處理紀錄、預約、收款與來訪次數。本文一步一步示範合併步驟。
同一位個案有時會在系統裡出現兩筆資料:一筆是從 LINE 預約時自動建立,一筆是你先前手動建立。合併後,基本資料、處理紀錄、預約、收款與來訪次數會整理到同一位個案底下。
需要合併的情況
既有個案改用 LINE 預約,系統先建立為新的來客。 你已手動建立個案資料,後續同一位個案又從 LINE 進來。 匯入名單時,同一位個案對應到不同的聯絡方式。
從 LINE 自動建立的個案,列表上會顯示標記,方便你辨識是否需要與既有資料合併。
合併步驟
以下以兩筆同名的示範個案(「王小明」與「王小明(LINE)」)說明。
1. 到「個案」分頁打開其中一筆個案,點右上角的「⋯」(個案選項),選「合併重複個案」。

2. 在挑選清單裡找到另一筆同一位個案(可用姓名或聯絡方式搜尋),點選它。

3. 確認畫面會標示「保留」哪一筆、「併入」哪一筆,中間的箭頭可對調。確認無誤後點右上角「合併」。

合併無法復原:被「併入」的那一筆會被刪除,所有紀錄歸到「保留」的個案底下。送出前請再次確認。
4. 合併後就只剩下一筆個案,兩邊的紀錄、預約、收款都會集中在這裡。

合併之後
兩邊的處理紀錄、復盤與收款會出現在同一位個案資料中,並依時間排序。 後續 LINE 對話與預約會對應到合併後的個案。 來訪次數會重新編號,不會因為曾經是兩筆而斷掉。
注意事項
不確定是否為同一位個案時,請先保留兩筆資料。 合併後紀錄會整併到同一位個案資料中,建議確認身分後再操作。
完成合併後,可以繼續 記錄一次處理 和 復盤,後續資料會集中在合併後的個案紀錄中。
Merging clients who come from LINE
The same person can become two records, one created automatically from LINE and one you added by hand. Merging joins their notes, bookings, and payments into one thread. This page walks through it step by step.
Sometimes one person shows up twice in the system: once created automatically when they booked through LINE, and once added by you earlier by hand. Merging folds those two into a single person, so notes, bookings, payments, and visit count all join up instead of being split across two records.
When you'll need it
A returning client switches to booking through LINE, and the system creates a fresh "lead" first. You added someone by hand, then they later arrive through LINE. While importing a list, the same person matches different contact details.
Clients created automatically from LINE carry a small marker in the list, hinting "this came from LINE, you might want to reconcile it."
How to merge
The screens below use two same-named demo records ("王小明" and "王小明(LINE)").
1. From the Clients tab, open one of the two records, tap the "⋯" (Client options) menu at the top right, and choose "Merge duplicate client".

2. In the picker, find the other record for the same person (search by name or contact detail) and tap it.

3. The confirmation marks which record is "kept" and which is "merged in"; the arrow in the middle swaps them. Tap "Merge" at the top right once it's right.

Merging can't be undone: the "merged in" record is deleted and all its data moves under the "kept" client. Double-check before you confirm.
4. After merging there's just one record, with both sides' notes, bookings, and payments gathered here.

Session notes, debriefs, and payments from both sides appear under one person, ordered by time. Future LINE conversations and bookings land on this merged client. Visit count is renumbered, so it doesn't break just because the person was once two records.
Things to watch
If you're not sure it's the same person, don't merge yet. After merging, the records are woven together. Better to keep two records and merge once you're sure than to rush it.
With people tidied up, you can record a session and debrief with confidence, because every note lands on the right person.
