從訊息建立預約
個案在 LINE 講了想預約的時間,可以直接從那則訊息建立預約,邊看對話邊填,把重點「帶入」備註。本文一步一步示範。
當個案在 LINE 官方帳號裡說「想預約這週六下午」,你不必切到別的地方重打一次——可以直接從那則訊息建立預約,畫面會上下分屏:上面是對話、下面是預約表,邊看邊填。
「從這則訊息建立預約」需要這位 LINE 來客已綁定個案。若還是未綁定的來客,先點對話上方的「綁定個案」,選「建立為新個案」或「連結現有個案」。以下畫面以示範來客「陳小姐(範例)」操作。
第一部分:打開對話
1. 到「訊息」分頁,點開要預約的那則對話。

2. 看一下個案的需求,例如想約的時間、想要的時長。

第二部分:從訊息建立預約
3. 長按(或在電腦上按右鍵)提到預約的那則訊息,選「從這則訊息建立預約」。

4. 畫面會上下分屏:上面是對話,下面是預約表。在訊息旁點「帶入」,可把那句話加進預約備註,方便對照。

5. 在下半部選服務項目、時長與時間,需要的話補上備註。確認後點右上角「儲存」。

6. 預約就建立好了,並回到對話。這筆預約會出現在「安排 → 預約」裡。

Create a booking from a message
When a client names a time they'd like in LINE, create the booking straight from that message — read the chat and fill the form side by side, pulling key lines into the note. This page walks through it step by step.
When a client says "I'd like this Saturday afternoon" in your LINE Official Account, you don't have to retype it elsewhere — create the booking straight from that message. The screen splits in two: the conversation on top, the booking form below, so you fill it while reading.
"Create a booking from this" requires the LINE lead to be linked to a client first. If they're still an unlinked lead, tap "Link client" at the top of the conversation and choose "Create new client" or "Link existing client". The screens below use the demo lead "陳小姐(範例)".
Part 1: Open the conversation
1. Go to the "Messages" tab and open the conversation you want to book.

2. Read what the client is asking for — the time they want, the length.

Part 2: Create the booking from a message
3. Long-press (or right-click on desktop) the message that mentions the booking, and choose "Create a booking from this".

4. The screen splits: conversation on top, booking form below. Tap "Pull in" next to a message to add that line to the booking note for reference.

5. In the lower half, pick the service, length, and time, and add a note if needed. Tap "Save" at the top right.

6. The booking is created and you return to the conversation. It appears under "Schedule → Bookings".
