See what SomaTrace does for you, one card at a time
SomaTrace gives the things you already notice a place to stay.
Shoulder, hip, knee, foot, tapped onto the map with its direction and severity. Easier to return to than a paragraph.
Place first, detail after
Texture under your hands, what the client described, and how strong it was, tapped onto the same 3D map. Next time you can see at a glance what shifted between before and after.
Touch, kept on record
Each body area has editable prompts for chains, movements, and fascial lines. Keep what is useful, rewrite what is not, and let it become your own working notes.
Visible, never in the way
Which observations you addressed, the interventions you made, and how much each shifted, captured while it is fresh. Next time you know where to pick up.
Begin here next time
Beyond the map and debrief, the everyday records live here too.
Gait, single-leg stance, squat, spinal flexion / extension / lateral bend, recorded in a steady format so differences are easier to compare.
Discomfort scores, observation frequency, and recurring areas build up over time. Before the next session, you do not start from zero.
Turn a session into a text record you can revisit, hand over, or share with a client. Not a polished performance, just a record that still makes sense.
Note it on your phone in the room, then review it at your desktop. Different device, same client thread.
SomaTrace puts what you already do into an order that can be kept.
Practice tools
Publish your availability to clients, and see the month on one screen.
Set weekly availability once and SomaTrace turns it into a public link. Clients choose their own slot, and the page still feels like your studio; on Studio you can also require a deposit or full payment at booking: the client transfers and reports the last five digits of their account, the booking is confirmed once you verify receipt, and on cancellation the refund amount follows the rules you set.
Connect the public booking page to your LINE official account. Clients pick a time inside LINE, no sign-up and no download. The messages come into SomaTrace too, so replying and linking a chat to a client all happen in one place instead of two.
Sessions completed, cancellations and no-shows, income, and who came in. No tallying at month-end.
Every Studio feature is open for 14 days after you sign up; pick a plan before the trial ends. If you do not subscribe, the account moves to the free plan and keeps all its data; once clients or records reach the free limits (15 clients, 50 records in total), you cannot add more.

How the plans differ
All three plans use the same recording tools: body map, dynamic observation, hints, debrief, and history, synced across devices. Only the items below actually differ.

If you also want to keep what you observed and the key points of each massage, SomaTrace keeps them together under each client so you can pick up where you left off next time. When you need it, you can also connect your LINE Official Account so clients book themselves, and reply to their messages inside SomaTrace.
You can sketch it straight onto the body template during the massage. If afterwards you want to add more about what you worked on, open the record and edit it then.
Yes. You can start keeping body observations and session records without connecting LINE or Google Calendar, and add booking features whenever you need them.
Cancel the renewal in account settings before the next charge; if you subscribed through Apple in the iPhone app, cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. Paid features stay available until the end of the current period, and you will not be charged again.
The free plan holds up to 15 clients and 50 records in total, with no card required. Record one session and see whether the next one is easier to pick up.
SomaTrace offers monthly and annual subscriptions. The points below explain activation, cancellation, and how billing issues are handled.
SomaTrace is a website-based membership service. After completing payment, the flow is as follows.
