Send a booking link in LINE
Preview and send a booking card in a LINE conversation, then handle requests according to your confirmation and payment settings.
Send a booking card in a conversation and the client can open your public booking page and choose a time themselves. Look over the card before sending it.
This guide follows the Traditional Chinese interface labels, with English explanations.
Before you start
Connect the LINE Official Account first, and check that your public booking page is published with its services and open times set. The client can choose from the times you open there.
Send the card
Open the conversation in 「訊息」 (Messages) and check the recipient.

Open 「訊息選項」 (Message options) and select 「傳送預約連結」 (Send booking link).

In 「傳送預約卡片」 (Send booking card), check what the client will receive. This is a preview; the wording is edited in a template (see below).

The booking link is created when you send, so the button in the preview cannot open the real page yet. To see what the client sees, send a card to your own test account. Select 「送出」 (Send) when ready, or 「取消」 (Cancel) to close without sending.
Card wording comes from LINE integration → Automatic messages → 「預約連結回覆」 (Booking-link reply). To change it, edit that template, then come back and preview again.

After the client submits a booking
Once the client submits, check under 「安排」 (Schedule) → 「預約」 (Appointments). Whether the booking is confirmed straight away, or arrives as a 「預約請求」 (Requested) booking waiting for your approval or payment check, depends on the confirmation and payment settings of your public booking page.

If the LINE identity is not linked to a client yet, check who the person is, then link it. When the same person really does have two client profiles, tidy them up with Merge clients.
To arrange a time for the client yourself, see Create a booking from a message.
