Create a booking from a LINE message
Create an appointment beside a LINE conversation. Add message notes and check the client, service, date and time before saving.
When a client has already said when they would like to come, keep the conversation beside the booking form. Before saving, check the time, the service and whether to notify the client.
This guide follows the Traditional Chinese interface labels, with English explanations.
1. Check the conversation and client
Open the conversation in 「訊息」 (Messages) and check that the linked client at the top is this person. If it is not linked yet, link it and confirm the identity first, so the appointment lands under the right client.

2. Open the booking form from a message
Long-press the message you want to refer to. Choose 「建立預約」 (Book).

The booking form 「新增安排」 (New appointment) opens: on desktop the conversation stays on the left and the form on the right; on a phone the screen splits top and bottom. The message you long-pressed is already in the note. To add more lines, select 「帶入」 (Add to note) beside another message, then check for repeats.

Phrases like “this Saturday afternoon” are yours to turn into a specific date and time in the form.
3. Check the appointment
Choose the service, duration, date and time, then look over the client and notes again. The time selected in the form is the one that counts.

4. Choose whether to send a LINE notification
The form includes 「通知個案預約已安排(LINE)」 (Tell the client on LINE), which may already be ticked. Check it and the message preview before saving.

To notify the client, check the recipient, date, time and preview To save without sending this notification, clear the checkbox first
A sent notification cannot be recalled, so check the notification choice and the appointment details, then select 「儲存」 (Save).
5. Check after saving
Open the appointment under 「安排」 (Schedule) → 「預約」 (Appointments) and check the client, service, time and status. If you sent a notification, look in the conversation to see the card went out.

See Payments and deposits for recording receipts. To let the client choose a time instead, see Send a booking link in LINE.
