設定公開預約頁

把可預約時段、介紹與聯絡方式發布到一個可分享的網址,讓個案自己線上預約。本文一步一步示範各項設定。

公開預約頁是一個可分享的網址,個案打開後能看到你的介紹、可預約時段並直接送出預約,預約會同步進入你的排程。設定一次即可,之後隨時可調整。

公開預約頁是營運版(Studio 方案)的功能。以下畫面以示範工作室操作。

第一部分:打開設定頁

1. 到「安排」分頁,切到「經營」,點「公開預約頁」。

2. 最上方是「對外公開」開關與公開頁網址。建議先把下面的內容都設好,再回來打開「對外公開」。(需先設定顯示名稱、至少一段每週時段與一個聯絡方式才能公開。)

名稱、時段與配色等變更需按右上角「儲存」;網址、圖片與公開開關則即時生效。

第二部分:公開頁內容

3. 點「公開頁網址」,取一個好記的代號(會成為網址的一部分),點「套用代號」。

4. 點「個人資訊」,填頭像、顯示名稱、簡介、近期公告與店家地址。若想預約完成後才提供地址,可開啟「完成預約後才提供地址」。

5. 點「聯絡方式」,加入 LINE、Instagram、電話或網站等聯絡方式,會在公開頁顯示為按鈕。

第三部分:可預約時間

6. 點「預約截止」,設定個案最遠能預約到哪天(不限制/幾天後/指定日期)。

7. 點「每週固定時段」,為每一天加入可預約的時段,一天可加多段。

8. 點「特殊日期」,可把某天標為休息,或為某天設定和平常不同的時段。

9. 點「預約規則」,設定最低預約時長、預約間隔、最早可預約與每日接客上限等。

第四部分:訂金與外觀

10. 點「訂金」,選擇是否收訂金(不收/首次預約收/一律收)。需收訂金時,可填匯款資訊,個案轉帳並回報末五碼、你確認後才完成預約。

11. 點「配色」,挑一個適合的視覺風格,個案看到的公開頁就會套用。

第五部分:公開與分享

12. 設定好並按「儲存」後,回到最上方打開「對外公開」,再用「複製網址/分享/預覽」把連結分享給個案。

Set up your public booking page

Publish your availability, intro, and contact methods to a shareable link so clients can book online themselves. This page walks through each setting step by step.

The public booking page is a shareable link where clients see your intro and available times and submit a booking that lands straight in your schedule. Set it up once; adjust anytime.

The public booking page is a Studio feature. The screens below use a demo studio.

Part 1: Open the editor

1. Go to the "Schedule" tab, switch to "Manage", and tap "Public booking page".

2. At the top is the "Make page public" toggle and the page URL. Set up everything below first, then come back and turn it on. (You need a display name, at least one weekly time block, and one contact method before you can go public.)

Name, hours, and theme changes need the "Save" button at the top right; the URL, images, and the public toggle take effect immediately.

Part 2: Page content

3. Tap "Public URL", choose a memorable handle (it becomes part of the URL), then tap "Apply handle".

4. Tap "Profile" to set the avatar, display name, short bio, announcement, and store address. To reveal the address only after booking, turn on "Reveal address after booking".

5. Tap "Contact methods" to add LINE, Instagram, phone, or website — they appear as buttons on the public page.

Part 3: Availability

6. Tap "Booking cutoff" to set how far ahead clients can book (no limit / rolling days / specific date).

7. Tap "Weekly availability" to add bookable time blocks for each day; a day can have multiple blocks.

8. Tap "Date overrides" to mark a day closed, or give a specific day different hours than usual.

9. Tap "Booking rules" to set minimum session length, booking gap, lead time, daily limit, and more.

Part 4: Deposit and appearance

10. Tap "Deposit" to choose whether to collect a deposit (none / first booking / always). If you do, add your transfer details — the client transfers, reports the last five digits, and the booking completes once you confirm.

11. Tap "Theme" to pick a visual style for the page clients see.

Part 5: Publish and share

12. After setting up and tapping "Save", go back to the top and turn on "Make page public", then use "Copy URL / Share / Preview" to send the link to clients.
