選擇指令與紀錄，使用自己的 ChatGPT 分析，確認後將可編輯的文字報告附回紀錄，不消耗微象點數。

使用 ChatGPT 分析

在紀錄的「AI 輔助」分頁展開「使用 ChatGPT 分析」，選擇分析指令與要帶入的紀錄次數。次數包含目前這次，往前取同一個案的紀錄，畫面會列出日期。

預設一組「紀錄整合分析」，涵蓋本次重點、連動與跨次觀察、下次追蹤、給個案的回饋草稿。每組指令都有標題與 Prompt 內容。可以另存自訂版本，或新增、編輯、刪除自己的多組指令。自訂指令僅保存在此帳號的這台裝置，不會跨裝置同步，請勿把個案資料存進指令。點「預覽帶出內容」，檢查並修改文字。個案基本資料不會帶出，文字中完全相符的姓名、電話與信箱會替換；自由文字仍需自行檢查。點「帶入內容並開啟 ChatGPT ↗」，在 ChatGPT 確認後自行送出。帶入的文字會放在網址中，開啟時即傳至 ChatGPT，並可能留在瀏覽紀錄。內容過長或未成功帶入時，可點「複製內容」，再「開啟 ChatGPT ↗」貼上。不消耗微象點數，適用自己的 ChatGPT 使用額度。

把分析結果附回紀錄

複製 ChatGPT 的完整報告，回到原紀錄的「AI 輔助」，按「儲存分析結果」。在「確認附加報告」中貼上內容，檢查個案、紀錄日期與文字，再按「確認並附加報告」。同一筆紀錄可以附加多份報告，各自有標題與內容。報告會另存於這次紀錄的「附加文字報告」，不覆蓋原始觀察，可再編輯或刪除。

每份報告最多 20,000 字元；超過時可分成多份保存。

之前存下的報告

之前在微象內產生的報告，也在同一筆紀錄的「附加文字報告」清單裡，和貼上的報告排在一起，依日期由新到舊，每份各佔一列。展開後同樣可以複製、編輯標題與內容，或刪除。個案與預約頁的分析入口會開啟對應紀錄。

AI summaries & reports

Choose prompts and records, analyze with your own ChatGPT, then review and attach editable text reports without using SomaTrace credits.

SomaTrace prepares instructions and record content for you to review and send in ChatGPT, then helps you attach the resulting reports.

Analyze with ChatGPT

Open "Analyze with ChatGPT" in a record's AI assist tab. Choose a prompt and how many visits to include. The count includes the open visit and earlier records for the same client; the selected dates are shown.

One default prompt, “Integrated record analysis”, covers session highlights, connections across visits, next follow-up, and a client feedback draft. Each prompt has a title and text. Customize a copy, or create, edit and delete multiple prompts of your own. Custom prompts stay on this device for this account without device sync. Do not save client information in prompts. Preview and edit the content. Profile fields are excluded, and exact matches of the client's name, phone and email are replaced. Check free text for any remaining identifying details. Choose “Open ChatGPT with this content ↗”, then review and send in ChatGPT. Prefilled text is sent in the URL when opened and may remain in browser history. If the content is too long or prefill fails, use copy and paste instead. This uses no SomaTrace credits; your ChatGPT usage limits apply.

Attach the result to the record

Copy the complete report from ChatGPT, return to the original record's AI assist tab and choose "Save analysis result". Paste the text and check the client, visit date and content before choosing "Confirm and attach report". A visit can have multiple independent reports, each with its own title and text. The report is saved separately under "Attached text reports", where you can edit or delete it. Original observations stay intact.

Each report allows up to 20,000 characters; longer reports can be saved as separate attachments.

Reports saved earlier

Reports SomaTrace generated for you sit in the same “Attached text reports” list as the ones you paste in, ordered newest first, one entry each. Expand one to copy it, edit its title and text, or delete it. Analysis entries on client and appointment pages open the corresponding record.
