AI 整理與報告

微象內建幾個 AI 助手，依你已經填的紀錄整理草稿，省下重打的時間。AI 產出是可編輯的初稿，不會覆蓋原始紀錄，也不作為醫療診斷。

當你把一次處理記錄好之後，微象可以用 AI 依這些內容整理成幾種草稿，讓你少打很多字。重點先說在前面：

AI 產出是初稿，可以編輯、複製、儲存。 AI 不會覆蓋你原本的紀錄。 AI 整理僅供參考，不作為醫療診斷。每月有固定的 AI 整理額度（例如「本月剩 67 / 100」），每月重置，可加購。

四種 AI 整理

在一次紀錄裡，點上方的「AI 整理」分頁，會看到四種：

AI 本次復盤整理：把這次復盤整理成「這次重點」與「連動・共通點」。 AI 客戶回饋初稿：生成一份可傳給個案的回饋文字初稿。 AI 下次訪前整理：下次見面前的重點整理。 AI 方向建議：抓出整體輪廓，看看可以優先著手的方向。

點任一項展開，就能看到 AI 依紀錄整理的內容；旁邊的「編輯」可以修改，內容只是草稿。

從個案頁生成訪前整理

「AI 下次訪前整理」也可以直接從個案頁的卡片產生：點開卡片，按「生成報告」。卡片上會顯示本月剩餘額度。

AI 整理依賴你先記錄與復盤，請先看記錄一次處理與復盤。想把整理好的回饋傳給個案，可搭配 LINE：見讓客戶從 LINE 預約。

AI summaries & reports

SomaTrace has a few built-in AI helpers that draft summaries from what you've already recorded, saving retyping. AI output is an editable draft — it never overwrites your record, and isn't a medical diagnosis.

Once you've recorded a session, SomaTrace can use AI to draft a few kinds of summary from it, saving you a lot of typing. First, the ground rules:

AI output is a draft — you can edit, copy, and save it. AI never overwrites your original record. AI summaries are for reference only, not a medical diagnosis. There's a monthly AI quota (e.g. "67 / 100 left this month"), reset monthly, with add-on packs.

Four kinds of AI summary

Inside a record, tap the "AI summaries" tab at the top to see four:

Session recap — turns this debrief into "key points" and "links & commonalities". Client feedback draft — drafts a message you can send the client. Pre-visit summary — the key points to review before the next visit. Direction suggestions — a quick outline and where you might begin.

Tap any one to expand and see what AI drafted from your record; "Edit" beside it lets you adjust — it's only a draft.

Generate a pre-visit summary from the client page

"Pre-visit summary" can also be generated straight from the client page card: open the card and tap "Generate". The card shows your remaining quota for the month.
